Meet Alanna

Alanna changed her eating lifestyle towards the end of 2018. While attending the University of Texas-Austin, Alanna took over 40 hours in fitness and nutrition. Having both jobs as a Taekwondo fighter and high fashion model, Alanna had to be very educated in the nutritional prospect. 

Alanna has 9 years experience in Martial Arts: Certified Black Belt in Taekwondo and continues to practice her martial arts abilities in Hapkido and TaiChi. Alanna has four 1st Place titles in AAU Nationals Taekwondo Sparring Tournament.   In 2020, Alanna was give the honors to become the 1st apprentice to learn the Martial Arts techinque, TaiKido, taught by the renowned GrandMaster of Hapkido: Ernest Brown Jr. 

As an Actress, Alanna has used her martial arts abilities to secure fighting roles. However, fitness plays a huge role in how successful your career can be. Dedicated to helping people to see the beauty within themselves, Alanna has dominated the health and wellness environment with her social media presence. Through her platforms, she has built an international community of followers 30 thousand+ strong. She provides information on personal training , nutritional meal plans, and weight loss advice.
